Currently, Lili works as a Sr Recruiter for Microsoft's Go to Market division, where she is responsible for hiring for the #DigitalNative and #Startups teams. She has also worked as a Tech Recruiting Sr. Consultant for Microsoft and as a Sr. Talent Acquisition & HR Partner for Didi, where she was responsible for recruitment operations in Mexico and Colombia, and for launching recruitment operations in CDMX, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. Lili's education includes an MBA in HR from Universidad Panamericana, a degree in Psychology with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations from Universidad de Guadalajara, and additional coursework in Innovation Management and Social Media Management from Universidad Panamericana. She has also completed training in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from STPS (Department of Labor). Lili is a research scientist with over 16 years of relevant experience.
